Troxy went back to its cinematic roots to create a unique film-themed party for staff from Cornerstone, one of London’s leading recruitment companies. The entire venue was transformed, from the artwork on the bars to special fittings in the VIP seating and a red-carpet welcome for the guests complete with paparazzi photographers. The upper tier of Troxy’s art deco interior was covered in giant white drapes onto which films were projected. With actors and dancers recreating iconic film scenes and Cornerstone branding throughout the building, it was a true venue takeover.
Troxy’s multiple bars were reimagined with giant film promotion artwork including an entirely James Bond-themed bar complete with the faces of 007s from down the years. The centre of the ground floor where live gig audiences would normally stand was covered with a chequerboard dance floor and there were plenty of points for the Instagram-keen crowd to get their pictures. Hollywood-style props and extra-special fancy dress costumes were made available to guests so they could be fully immersed in the Hollywood experience.
