Gente De Zona’s energetic and irresistible sound first became known in Cuba, where the group formed in Havana in 2000. After an evolution in personnel, GDZ, settled as a core duo of founder Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcolm, and then seemed to suddenly storm the Latin charts.
As featured performers on Enrique Iglesias’ 2014 song of the year Bailando, GDZ’s appeal was clear from the track’s catchy rhythm as well as from the video, which has had almost two billion views on YouTube.
After collaborations with Pitbull and Juan Magan, in 2015 Gente de Zona sealed their chart success with La Gozadera, and Traidora both in collaboration with Marc Anthony. In April 2016 the group released their third album Visualízate including the hit single Más Macarena in collaboration with Los Del Rio.
Tonight marks their debut as a headline artist in London.
