Important information for this show:
Due to licensing conditions, queuing can only begin from 11am. Please do not attempt to queue earlier than this, as you will be asked to leave and come back at the appropriate time.
There will be four queues in operation and signposted as follows:
- Looking at the venue from the front, to the right-hand side (Pitsea Street)
- The inside queue will be for VIP Ticket Holders
- The outside queue is for General Admission Standing
- To the left-hand side (Caroline Street):
- The inside queue will be for Circle guests.
- The outside queue will be for Guestlist and Ticket Collections
The barriers will not be installed until 10am at the earliest.
Neither Troxy, nor the promoter, endorse any form of fan queue numbering system.
If collecting your tickets, the venue Box Office will be open from 5pm – you will not be able to collect your tickets until this time. If you collect your tickets before the doors open, please join the appropriate queue once you have your tickets.
- Doors open for the VIP Ticket Holders at 6.00pm
- Doors open to all other ticket holders at 7.00pm
You are permitted to bring in snacks and plastic bottled soft drinks, but no hot food. The only exception to this is people who are diabetic and security will need to see proof of this. Chewing gum is also not permitted as the venue is carpeted.
Please keep bags to an absolute minimum to reduce the search process. The venue allows handbags and small rucksacks – anything larger will not be permitted.
No professional cameras or recording equipment are permitted in the venue.
There is a cloakroom in operation for standing guests – coats are £2 and bags £2.50.
Once inside on the Ground Floor, there is a designated area that is gated at the front of the stage for the Meet & Greet and Pit ticket holders, which will be accessed by wristband only (these will be given out on the day). All other standing tickets holders are allowed to stand behind this section.
The Circle offers only allocated seating, so you are guaranteed the seat number on your ticket.
The venue operates a strict no re-entry policy.
Official merchandise will be available in the Foyer. There is a cash point machine located in the Foyer for cash sales.
The opening act is scheduled to be on stage at around 8.20pm. The concert will end at 11pm at the latest.
Our designated accessible seating area is now full. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any further accessible requests. If you have a standing ticket, there will be no seating options available.
There is no car park at the venue and we recommend you come by public transport. There are planned engineering works on the DLR this weekend, but there is a replacement bus service in operation. The C2C rail service to and from Fenchurch Street is also in operation, including after the show.
Please be aware if you are intending to be picked up after the show, we suggest cars wait on Commercial Road. Please ensure you use the pedestrian crossing immediately outside Troxy if crossing the road, as it is very busy.
If you have any other questions, please contact the venue on [email protected] – however do bear in mind not every question can be answered, particularly in areas outside of the venue’s responsibility.
Thanks in advance and enjoy the show!
