Famous faces

The Troxy was home to many star-studded performances over the years from silver screen icons, such as Vera Lynn, Earl Cameron, Clark Gable, Gracie Fields, Petula Clarke and the Andrews Sisters. Prime Minister Clement Attlee even attended a performance of Dick Whittington at the venue on Boxing Day 1947.
