We’re keen that everyone can enjoy Troxy shows, so here’s some information about accessibility.

Our building has step-free access at the front entrance and throughout the upper section of the ground floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift to the circle seating, and this can only be accessed via steps. The accessible toilet located in the left-hand side of the foyer near the main entrance and is available by Radar key. Don’t worry if you don’t have one with you – we have a spare you can borrow, please ask Security should you need it.  

For Accessible Tickets please visit our ticket provider DICE and select the ticket type that applies to you best. The tickets you can purchase are either: 

Step Free (Ground Floor) – suitable for wheelchair users and those with difficulty in bending their legs. For standing shows, we provide a dedicated Access Area located on the right-hand side of the Upper Ground Floor. Please be aware, the location of this may vary depending on the configuration of each event. Please note, the access area has limited availability. Includes a free companion ticket.  

PA carer only – if you do not need to be in our step free area, you can buy a general admission ticket and we offer you a free companion to help you around the venue.  

Steps (Circle) – the circle is a seated area and is suitable for those who prefer a little less crowding, or who cannot stand for an entire show but are happy to walk up stairs (43 to be exact, don’t worry they are not all together!) PAs in this area are subject to availability, please contact accesstickets@troxy.co.uk before purchasing accessible tickets for this specific area. 

The following forms of evidence are automatically eligible: 

– Front page of DLA / PIP / Attendance Allowance letter 

– Certificate of Visual Impairment 

– Recognised Assistance Dog ID card 

– CredAbility Access Card (www.accesscard.org.uk

If you’re unable to provide any of the above we will review your access requirements on a case-by-case basis. Proof should be sent within 7 days of booking. We are unable to offer refunds once the event has taken place.
