This April, the Music Producers Guild Awards returned to Troxy, with support from Dolby and Mix With The Masters. Our Art Deco home was transformed into a full- glam affair, celebrating the people behind the music, the producers, the artists and the teams who make it all happen.
The glittering awards ceremony featured a full brand takeover complete with MPG- branded step and repeat. The Music Producers Guild team made use of our in-house AV and brought in additional production elements to make this a standoutshow.

Top awards went to Norman Cook (aka Fatboy Slim), who received the Outstanding Contribution to UK Music Award, and Lauren Laverne, honoured with the Special Recognition Award from Guy Garvey for her influence and support of UK talent. Previous winners have included FKA Twigs, Joan Armatrading, Fraser T Smith and George Martin – this year was just as iconic.
The ceremony came with a message too. Throughout the night, artists and producers called out tech firms for using their work to train AI models without consent. Music legends including Peter Gabriel and Norman Cook held placards supporting the Make It Fair: Don’t Let AI Steal Our Music campaign, calling for creators to be heard and respected.

As Catherine Marks, Executive Director of the MPG, put it:
“The 2025 MPG Awards at Troxy was a powerful reminder of the incredible talent and dedication that drives our industry. From trailblazers to future stars, the night was all about the people and studios behind the sound.”
From iconic moments to quiet nods between peers, it was a night for the books. A proper celebration of the people shaping music’s future onstage and behind the scenes.
Joseph Lever, Head of Events, Full Fat Events & Director, Two Suns Creative:
“The MPG Awards brings together music professionals and technologists who expect high standards – both in vibe and in tech. We needed a venue with a raw ‘rock and roll’ feel that still had the infrastructure to support a complex, show-led production. Troxy gave us that balance, with the freedom to bring in our trusted AV partner and the flexibility to make the show our own.
The team at Troxy are brilliant, collaborative, capable and always calm under pressure. The energy in the room was electric, and the feedback was some of the best we’ve ever had. Guests loved the details, the flow and the way each element worked together. That only happens in a venue that really understands live events.
We’re already booked in for 2026.”
