We’ve just announced our preferred caterers for 2023-2025, designed to provide variety for event organisers hosting events in our spaces, with options from street food to fine dining.
Troxy is a 1930’s art-deco venue at the heart of London’s East End, with a history as rich and diverse as the people who come through its doors. Following our substantial transformation which saw the restoration of the foyer and the installation of a new purpose-built stage, we’ve pleased to announce a new supplier list to oversee the catering operations across the venue.
Included in the new roster are existing Troxy partners Boulevard Events, KERB, Food by Dish and Moving Venue, whose work with the venue has been exemplary over the years. New suppliers include food experience creators Seasoned Events, London’s contemporary caterers.
We took each supplier through a vigorous tender process that included analysis of sustainability practices, health and safety procedures, on-site menu tastings and sample menus. The teams needed to demonstrate an ability to cater for our logistical requirements, with a field kitchen set up to enable large scale catering up to 1500 people for events.
The list of suppliers will be in place until the end of 2025, catering for all types of events from sit-down award ceremonies and celebrations through to bowl food, buffets and more informal dining options with Kerb’s independent street food vendors lining the auditorium.
