When will tickets go on sale?

Artist presale will be at the dates and times below exclusively for Premium Members of The Rosarium. To join The Rosarium https://www.officialtherose.com/app. Once you’ve downloaded The Rosarium app, go to the three line menu in the upper right-hand corner and click on “Become a Premium Black Rose” and follow the instructions to sign up for premium membership. *How do I join the The Rosarium Artist Presale?*

The Rosarium Artist Presale is exclusively for Premium Members of The Rosarium. If you are already a Premium Member, you can find your unique presale code by opening the app and clicking on the globe symbol at the bottom of your screen to open the “Tour” page. Once there, you can click on the code to copy it and then use the link on the Tour page to purchase tickets. If you are not already a Premium Member of The Rosarium then you will need to become a Premium Member by [downloading the app] and becoming a premium member before you can join The Rosarium Artist Presale. Once you’ve downloaded The Rosarium app, go to the three line menu in the upper right-hand corner and click on “Become a Premium Black Rose” and follow the instructions to sign up for premium membership.

*If I join the The Rosarium Artist Presale, how many tickets can I buy?*

Your unique code will unlock 4 tickets in any combination of VIP ticket packages or general admission tickets. For example, with your unique code, you can buy one (1) VIP1 ticket, one (1) VIP2 tickets and two (2) general admission tickets – or any other combination of VIP and General Admission that is not more than four (4) tickets in total. We reserve the right to cancel ticket orders that are in excess of the above-stated limits. If we cancel your ticket order for being over the stated ticket buying limit, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used.

*How many tickets can I buy in the general public sale?*

During the general public sale, you will be able to buy up to six (6) tickets per email address.

*What do I do if I do not get a unique code for The Rosarium Artist Presale?*

If you are a Premium Member of The Rosarium but do not have a presale code listed on the Tour page in your app, please make sure your app is updated. If your app is updated and you still are having issues, please contact customer service at info@237global.com and copy fansight@transparentarts.com.

*What is included in the VIP Packages?*

Please see the VIP Package descriptions here.

Do I need to purchase the VIP package separately from a ticket to the show?

VIP benefits include a premium ticket to the show and you do not need to buy tickets separately.

*Are VIP Tickets and benefits transferable?*

Everyone checking in for a VIP Package on the day of the event will be required to show valid government-issued ID that matches information for the original ticket purchaser. If you purchase VIP Tickets and then want to transfer the ticket(s) to someone else, the person you are transferring ticket(s) to will also need to have a copy of the original purchaser’s valid government-issued ID to be able to check-in, be admitted to the show and receive any VIP benefits.

*When will I be able to get more details about the day of the show such as check in time?*

VIP Ticket purchasers will receive an email three to five days prior to the show with full details.

*How will tickets be delivered?*

Tickets will be sent to your email and, in most regions, will be available in the applicable ticketing platform app to transfer to your digital wallet no earlier than 72-hours before the show. Please ensure that your email is correct when purchasing.

*I need ADA accommodation, who should I contact?*

Please contact the venue for the show you are attending for ADA accommodations.

*Should I bring The Rose lightstick to this show?*

Yes!! Please bring your lightstick to the show!

*May I bring gifts for the artist to the show?*

We have a strict no gifts policy at live events, and gifts will not be allowed inside. Non-perishable gifts may be sent to the P.O. Box address below and we will make sure they get to the Artist.

*Will there be exclusive merchandise available for VIPs?*

Yes, VIP packages include exclusive merchandise that will only be available through these packages.

*Will I be able to buy merch at the show?*

Yes, we will have merchandise for sale before and after the show.

1. What is included in the VIP 1 “The Woolfpackage” Package?

The VIP 1 “The Woolfpackage” includes:

● One (1) exclusive merch pack

● 1:1 photo with WOOSUNG

● Very limited number of packages available per venue

2. What is included in the VIP 2 “The 4444” Package?

The VIP 2 “The 4444 Package” includes:

● One (1) Premium reserved ticket or General Admission ticket (varies by venue)

● Second entry into venue

● Q&A session with WOOSUNG before the show

● One (1) exclusive merchandise pack

● Limited number of packages available per venue

Woosung is a Korean-American musician, singer, songwriter, and composer, best known for being the vocalist and electric guitarist of the South Korean band The Rose. He will confidentially be releasing new music this fall. He will be lending his voice in the Netflix animated series “Jentry Chau vs. The Underworld” opposite Ali Wong, Lucy Liu, Bowen Yang, and Jimmy O’Yang, set to release later this year. His current single “Day That I Died” is available on all streaming platforms. His upcoming album 4444 is set to release on October 4. WOOSUNG made his solo debut in 2019 with the EP, Wolf, with his title single “Face” quickly racking up nearly 20 million views on YouTube. In 2020, Woosung lent his vocals to the original soundtrack of the award-winning K-drama series *Itaewon Class*. WOOSUNG is beloved by his fans and constantly gaining more recognition after featuring on BTS Suga’s song “Snooze” alongside the legendary composer Ryuichi Sakamoto.

A multifaceted performer, Woosung released his debut feature-length album *Genre* in December of 2021. WOOSUNG embarked on multiple world tours commemorating his album *Genre* and latest EP *MOTH* in 2022. The global sensation toured across the US, Europe, and Asia, and the finale of the MOTH Tour in Seoul gifted the sold-out crowd a reunion of The Rose.

This ticket includes a £1.50 restoration levy.
