Did you know that we are the world’s biggest mobile-first venue? Yep, that’s right! In August 2018, we started working with the game-changing team at DICE. It was a fairly easy decision for us here at Troxy as we were fed up of seeing loyal fans and artists being ripped off by touts.
DICE delivers every ticket direct to your phone and stores them in its app. Easy to use, nice to look at and with some great personalised features, buying tickets to your favourite shows couldn’t be easier or quicker.

Sold out show? Join the waiting list on DICE. As soon as tickets become available, they’ll drop you an SMS with a link to purchase. This is also a great feature if you bought a ticket but can’t make it, DICE will refund your tickets as soon as they’re sold to another gig-goer on the waiting list. This way, fans are happy and the touts stay out. Good riddance!
DICE even debuted their first DICE Podcasts Live event here earlier this month. On Saturday 4th May Fearne Cotton brought the ‘Happy Place’ podcast to Troxy with some very special guests including Game of Thrones actress Maisie Williams and platinum selling singer/songwriter James Bay.
