Gig venues, bus stops, and clubs became billboards that alerted Great Escapers and gig-goers to our exciting expansion update. We were also excited to announce another important milestone in our journey. We’re delighted to welcome Ticketmaster as Troxy’s official ticketing partner.
The last few years have been transformational for Troxy. From our £1.5 million refurbishment and expanded capacity to the reopening of beautifully restored spaces throughout the building, we’ve been investing in every part of the live experience. Every improvement has been made with one thing in mind: creating unforgettable nights for the people who walk through our doors.
Buying a ticket should be the easy part of going to a gig. Whether you’re discovering your next favourite artist, planning a night out with friends or heading to one of our podcast/comedy events, the journey should feel simple from start to finish. Working with Ticketmaster allows us to create a more connected experience before, during and after every event. From purchasing tickets to entering the venue, everything is designed to be faster, smoother and easier for fans.
Over the coming months you’ll begin to see a range of new features designed to improve your visit to Troxy. These include digital tickets powered by Ticketmaster’s SafeTix technology, helping to reduce fraud while making entry quicker and more secure. Fans will also be able to add tickets directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, giving instant access to event information, venue guidance and live updates throughout the night.
